WHO: KIDS’ WORKSHOP: (ages 7-14)
WHEN: 9-11 am
WHAT: You will be moving on the floor and gradually working your way up to flying on trapezes of adjustable heights, learning basic tricks and transitions, and allowing your playful spark to ignite!

WHO: TEENS/YOUNG ADULTS WORKSHOP: (ages 15 and up)
WHEN: 12-2pm
WHAT: You will be moving on the floor and gradually working your way up to flying on trapezes of adjustable heights, learning slightly more advanced tricks.
COST: $30.00
WHO: ADULT TRAPEZE GENTLE STRETCH AND STRENGTHEN: (ages 18-65)
WHEN: 3-5pm
WHAT: This workshop will allow you to dip your toes in and test the waters of the trapeze world. You will get to move and flow, stretch and strengthen, all while using the low trapeze to assist and allow you to experience your body in a different way.
